1. CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE
Walks, Premium Concierge, or Tourism & Serenity Package: choose the service that suits you best.
2. BOOK YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Easily book through our Calendly. The first appointment is complimentary and can be scheduled according to your preference: video call or home visit. Meet your dog or cat in person to explore their environment, assess their habits, and organize key management for future services.
3. RECEIVE YOUR PERSONALIZED ESTIMATE
After the first contact, we establish: a personalized protocol (needs, visit frequency, duration, instructions, safety, home routine), a clear estimate, the reserved dates and time slots, and access arrangements for your home (key, code, badge).
Once you approve the estimate, your booking is confirmed.
5. THE ALTIPAWS SERVICE
On the day of service, we follow your protocol to the letter.
Each service includes: photos & videos, a full report (walk, visit, home check), adherence to your home protocol (heating, lights, security, mail, plants…), and secure, verified home closure.
Your companion enjoys themselves while you stay informed in real time by our team.
