What Happens During the First Meeting / Welcome Visit?

It all starts with a conversation: via video call or directly at your home.
We get to know your pet, their habits, what they like, what they fear, and what comforts them.
We then create a personalized protocol to ensure every service is carried out with gentleness and safety.

When Should I Book? Can I Contact You in an Emergency?

High season in Crans-Montana is very busy, so booking in advance is recommended.
But yes: we accept urgent requests depending on availability, especially for walks, visits, or unexpected situations.
